By subscribing to Dust to Glory LLC’s SMS messaging service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your participation in and use of our SMS communications, including appointment notifications, customer care messages, service updates, and optional marketing communications sent by Dust to Glory LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe to or use our SMS Service.

1. Eligibility

By subscribing to our SMS Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

2. How Consent Is Provided

You may receive SMS messages from Dust to Glory LLC by:

Providing your phone number through our Jobber request form and submitting the form, or
Providing your phone number directly to our team and agreeing to receive SMS communications, or
Replying START to 78156 to activate or re-activate SMS messaging.

By providing your phone number through our request form and submitting the form, you agree to receive Visit Reminders and other transactional text messages (SMS) from Dust to Glory LLC related to your services.

Where selected, you may also agree to receive marketing and promotional SMS messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Types of Messages

Message frequency varies.

Transactional Messages may include:

Visit reminders
Arrival notifications
Schedule updates
Service-related communications

Marketing Messages (if opted in separately) may include:

Promotional offers
Referral programs
Seasonal discounts

4. Charges and Fees

Dust to Glory LLC does not charge a fee for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile provider.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time:

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from transactional messages.
Reply STOP MKT to opt out of marketing messages only.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

You will not receive additional messages unless you re-subscribe by replying START to 78156.

7. Service Limitations

SMS messaging may not be supported on certain VOIP or internet-based phone numbers. Message delivery may be affected by carrier restrictions, mobile signal strength, or device settings (including Airplane Mode or Do Not Disturb).

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. By subscribing to our SMS Service, you acknowledge that we may collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued participation in the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dust to Glory LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in the SMS Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
