Yes, we bring professional-grade supplies and equipment, including:
ProTeam ProForce 1500XP (15′′) & 1200XP (12′′) HEPA upright vacuums — dual-motor power for consistent, deep suction; HEPA filtration captures fine dust and common allergens (up to 98.7%/97.33%); low-profile L-shaped head reaches under furniture; 50′ commercial cord; on- board tools & stretch hose; performance light helps keep suction strong.
Disposable Swiffer dusters (single-use per home) so dust isn’t transported from one home to another—dusters are discarded after each job.
Soft feather duster (for delicate décor only) — reserved for your home or sanitized between homes; used sparingly. Most dusting is done with disposable dusters to prevent cross-home transfer.
Microfiber color-coded towels to prevent cross-contamination:
Yellow → bathrooms/urine
Blue → general surfaces
Pink → polishing
Silver → stainless steel
Green → glass
Stainless steel and furniture polish (used appropriately for a protective, streak-free shine; silver towels for stainless, pink for polishing).
Envirox H2O2 #117 — a hydrogen-peroxide multi-surface cleaner/degreaser and deodorizer we use per label directions.
Specialty hard-water removal (used when safe): Bar Keepers Friend (oxalic-acid cleanser) and BioClean. We test first, avoid natural stone/specialty coatings, and rinse thoroughly.

If you would like us to use your personal vacuum, it must be in good working condition. Please note this may reduce efficiency and extend your service time, as our technicians are specifically trained to operate and troubleshoot our professional-grade vacuums, but not personal household models.
We use a strict color-coded towel system: yellow for bathrooms, blue for general surfaces, pink for polishing, silver for stainless steel, and green for glass. After each visit, towels are washed and dried by color set and sanitized with Beto AF315 or Lysol Laundry Disinfectant. We also use single-use disposable dusters in every home, so dust is never carried from one client to another.
